SE51 Required Field with condition

Dear All ,

I'm a new in ABAP filed  and need a help , I need to make field required depended on  check box in custom screen , If I check check box then text field will be required and if I unchecked it will be optional , So Is there any way to do it through  T-CODE SE51 .
