Access to attachments folder via explorer

Dear experts,

does somebody know how to grant permission to attachments shared folder to SAP B1 application, but restrict permission to access to this folder through windows explorer?

Not all SAP B1 users can access all attachments in B1, it is configured via standard B1 authorizations. But if that kind of user go to attachments folder directly, he can find any attachment...
