I'm using CR 2013 and have a scenario that requires me to add the name of a patients multiple insurance payors in a report. However, they may have up to three insurers and these are not captured in our database in individual columns, the record simply has another line added with the additional payor name.
Currently my report results look like the attachment but I need the insurances to be listed on the same line.
I've tried creating formulas for the individual payors and adding them to a text box and suppressing blanks but it still creates the additional lines. Also tried creating a single formula that listed the three payor name formulas but I get the same results and new lines are created.
This will ultimately be a scheduled extract that batches on our BOE server.
