Switching between like databases with different naming convention

I have my database provider saving a month-end database that is structurally the same each month, but the naming convention changes to so I am able to identify what database applies to the specific month.  For example, July and August databases are as follows:  A1507CDINF and A1508CDINF.

When I run a saved query and switch databases and update the fields within the Formula Workshop, I get the following error:

I then update the grouping to reflect the new database (A1508CDINF for August) and the report comes back blank other than the report heading.

How do I set up the report to read structurally same database but with a different name and not have to completely build a new report each month?
