I am new to solution manager.
For email alert in technical monitoring, I have configured it as below:
However, where can I set how often the email notification will be triggered? Is this related to collection interval? For example, if the abap short dump exceeds 100, I will receive an email notification. Let's say I receive it at 2pm, will I receive again at 2.30pm due to the collection interval is 30 minutes? Or it's related to parameter LAST_N_MINUTES? Somehow, the timing when I receive the email notification seems a bit different. Sometimes I will receive 2 email alerts and sometimes 1 email alerts. But what user wants is receive email notification hourly if exceeds 100 short dumps for today.
