SYBASE IQ LICENSE ISSUE

Hi Team,

I have installed Sybase IQ 16.0 Sp 10.I have created to Database(DEV,QAS) using SCC.I have applied license for  IQ_LOB,IQ_VLDBMGMT(unserved model type) in License folder .After applying license License displaying in DEV ,but in QAS it not displayed.Kindly please provide your valuable sugestions
