PMS BADI is not working on ESS portal

Hi,

I have implemented 2 BADI's  (HRHAP00_ADD_HEADER for additional header data and  HRHAP00_VAL_DET for input value check & doing some updation on save ) for PMS module. But these BADI's are working fine in ECC but not working in ESS Portal.

I have Software component version.

I have also checked SAP Note 1248976 & 1296484 but these have status Cannot be implemented.

Please suggest what necessary action can be taken at this stage.
