Blocking Negative Inventory during Inventory Transfer

Hi,

I have a query looking for an stored procedure as we have unblocked negative inventory option in SAP B1 - Document settings.

Now we are looking for this negative inventory should allow only during Issue to Production but the present SAP system is allowing negative inventory also during Inventory Inventory. Can anybody help us around providing a stored procedure wherein it should trigger if an item is transfered from X warehouse to Y warehouse and X warehouse does not have a stock it should display an error message stating insufficient stock.
