I have a question regarding Successfactors Recruitment module. The Recruiters would like to see the EEO information that the candidate fill out on the application. The multi-stage application and late stage application has been enabled. I have not worked much on data models. So, if any Recruitment experts could guide where I could configure this, that would really help me. Also, where do I configure when the Recruiter has to see the field when applicant status is in "hired" and also where do I configure if the recruiter has to see the field at all statuses of the applicant. We have the job requisition template as well as job application template.
