Cannot connect CtExcelLinksWeb through internet

Hi,

We have BOFC URL, that is publicated to Internet.

Internet users (external users) cannot connect via CtExcelLinksWeb, they are getting error:

But if they goes to internal network all works fine.

Which ports of CtExcelLinksWeb is using?

How we can debug connection?
