Issue with role object properties

Hello Gurus,

we are facing an issue with role object properties(Not able to edit and the user is already have admin roles).

I have checked and seems all permissions are OK. But I am not able to edit role properties and below screenshots are for your reference

Please let me know where else I check to edit role .
