Controlling user access to certain print layouts

Dear all,

As my company is in the midst of transiting to a new Sales document print layout for 2016, is there a way to "lock" the old print layouts from user access?

We need to keep the old layouts around in case our customers request for "Certified True Copy" of old document, which we can print from the system instead of searching through archives.

Using it in SAP Business One 8.82, layouts are based on Print Layout Designers.
