Field "County" not visible in BUA130 screen in BP transaction..

Hello

i don't understand why the field County (COUNC) in not visible in address management, in sap standard

BP screen :

BUA130 screen :

i need to have this field "County" available in transaction "BP"

i checked all "fields grouping" already ..
